DIRECTIONS & USE
1 serving = 6 g (approx. 1 scoop)]
ADULTS ONLY:
Add 1 serving (6 g or approx. 1 scoop) to 500 ml of water or beverage.
Stir well. Take 1 serving 2 times per day.
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
